By accessing or using any part of the phpaldo platform — including registering an account,
making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree
to any part of these Terms, you must not use the phpaldo platform.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phpaldo ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-registered online gaming operator accessible at phpaldo.one.
By completing registration on phpaldo, by logging in to an existing phpaldo account, by depositing funds, or by participating in any game or promotional activity offered on the phpaldo platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their current version, including any amendments that phpaldo may publish from time to time in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.
These Terms apply to all services offered by phpaldo, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino, sports betting, bingo, fish shooting games, and any other gaming products that may be added to the phpaldo platform in future.
PAGCOR Regulatory Context
phpaldo operates as a PAGCOR-registered online gaming platform under the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)
is the statutory regulatory body with authority over all licensed gaming activity in
the Philippines. By using phpaldo, players submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine
law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:
- "Platform" means the phpaldo website, all related subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or application operated by phpaldo that provides access to gaming services.
- "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the phpaldo platform, containing the Player's personal information, gaming history, wallet balance, and account settings.
- "Player" means any natural person who has registered a valid phpaldo account and is accessing the platform for the purpose of gaming entertainment.
- "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome using funds from their phpaldo wallet.
- "Real Money Play" means any gameplay in which a Wager is placed using funds that hold Philippine Peso value within the Player's phpaldo wallet.
- "Winnings" means any monetary amount credited to a Player's phpaldo wallet as a result of a successful Wager outcome.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive issued by phpaldo to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and phpaldo's internal compliance procedures, involving submission of government-issued identification and facial verification.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing online gaming services is prohibited by local law.
- "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which phpaldo wallets are denominated.
Eligibility & Registration
Age Restriction — 21 Years Minimum
Access to phpaldo and all gaming services offered on the platform is strictly
restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in
the Philippines. Registering with false date-of-birth information constitutes
fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
To register a phpaldo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age;
- You must be located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is lawful;
- You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction;
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phpaldo;
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any PAGCOR-registered gaming platform;
- You must not already hold an existing active phpaldo account.
Each person may register only one (1) phpaldo account. Registering multiple accounts, including under different email addresses or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.
phpaldo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by phpaldo will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if documentation is not subsequently provided, closure of the account.
Account Management
Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their phpaldo account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with the account.
phpaldo will never request your account password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from phpaldo that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
- Log out of your phpaldo session on any shared or public device;
- Notify phpaldo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
- Ensure that all personal information held on your phpaldo account remains accurate and up to date;
- Not permit any other person to use your phpaldo account for gaming purposes, regardless of their age or relationship to you.
phpaldo accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials, except where such failure results from a security breach attributable to phpaldo's own negligence.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on phpaldo are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpaldo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit on phpaldo is ₱100 per transaction;
- Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to the phpaldo wallet in real time;
- Deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet are subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution;
- phpaldo does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges;
- Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the phpaldo account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
- Withdrawals to GCash are processed within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts under standard conditions;
- Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 banking hours;
- Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the originating deposit, subject to phpaldo's AML compliance obligations;
- phpaldo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk thresholds;
- Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is approved.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
phpaldo operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and
PAGCOR's AML framework. phpaldo is required to report suspicious transactions to
the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Players are required
to cooperate with any AML-related requests for information or documentation.
Gameplay Rules
All games offered on the phpaldo platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account-level and financial matters; individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics and payout structures.
All RNG-based game outcomes on phpaldo are determined by independently certified random number generation software. phpaldo does not interfere with, manipulate, or have the capacity to alter game outcomes after a wager has been placed and confirmed.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, phpaldo will apply the following resolution procedure:
- If the game round was completed and the outcome recorded in phpaldo's servers, that outcome stands and the result will be credited accordingly;
- If the game round was not completed at the time of the technical failure and the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the wager amount will be refunded to the Player's phpaldo wallet;
- phpaldo's decision on technical error resolutions is final subject to any regulatory review required under PAGCOR guidelines.
Live dealer game outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented by the dealer and confirmed by phpaldo's live gaming provider. Video recordings of all live dealer sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.
Bonuses & Promotions
phpaldo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the promotion is made available.
The following general conditions apply to all phpaldo promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
- Wagering requirements and any game restrictions or contribution weightings applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms;
- phpaldo does not operate bonus structures designed to prevent withdrawal — all wagering requirements are stated in full and in plain language before a Player opts in;
- Only one promotion may be active per Player at any given time, unless phpaldo's promotion terms for a specific offer explicitly state otherwise;
- phpaldo reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated gameplay systems;
- Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not available to players who are currently self-excluded or subject to responsible gaming restrictions.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpaldo and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent registration — providing false personal information, including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement;
- Multiple account registration — operating more than one phpaldo account, including accounts in other persons' names;
- Third-party fund transfers — depositing funds from a payment account not registered in the same name as the phpaldo account;
- Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional terms through collusion, multiple registrations, or other deceptive means;
- Money laundering — using phpaldo deposits, wagers, or withdrawals to layer, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity;
- Use of automated systems — deploying bots, scripts, or other automated software to participate in any phpaldo game or to perform account actions;
- Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your phpaldo account, regardless of intent;
- Collusion — coordinating with other Players in any game to unfairly affect outcomes;
- Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal requests through a bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to a phpaldo account and used for wagering.
Responsible Gaming
phpaldo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools and information needed to manage their gaming activity safely. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phpaldo players:
- Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their phpaldo account, effective immediately upon activation;
- Loss Limits — Players may set maximum loss thresholds per time period, beyond which real-money wagering is suspended until the period resets;
- Session Time Reminders — Players may configure on-screen reminders at defined intervals during active play sessions;
- Cooling-Off Period — Players may deactivate their phpaldo account for a defined period of 1 day to 6 weeks;
- Self-Exclusion — Players may request permanent self-exclusion from phpaldo, which will result in the closure of their account and a bar on re-registration. phpaldo will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, including screening against re-registration attempts using the same personal information.

phpaldo will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or access real-money gaming services. phpaldo reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and to suspend any account where the Player's age is in question pending satisfactory verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the phpaldo platform — including but not limited to software, game content licensed from third-party providers, design elements, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of phpaldo or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpaldo platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without written authorisation from phpaldo;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any phpaldo software;
- Creating derivative works based on phpaldo's proprietary content;
- Using phpaldo's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpaldo's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpaldo shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, winnings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
- Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events;
- Losses resulting from a Player's failure to follow phpaldo's account security recommendations;
- Any action taken by PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities that affects the availability of phpaldo's services;
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
Nothing in these Terms limits phpaldo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Privacy & Data Protection
phpaldo collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phpaldo.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
By registering a phpaldo account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, AML compliance, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.
phpaldo does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with service providers who support the delivery of phpaldo's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, gaming software providers) under data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations.
Suspension & Termination
phpaldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
- A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion;
- Prolonged account inactivity as defined in phpaldo's operational policies.
Upon account closure where no breach has been established, any remaining real-money wallet balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same withdrawal channel used for their most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
Where account closure follows a finding of breach — including fraudulent registration, bonus abuse, or money laundering — phpaldo reserves the right to forfeit the entire wallet balance and to pursue recovery of any funds previously withdrawn in connection with the breach.
Amendments to These Terms
phpaldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Players' rights or obligations in a substantive way — phpaldo will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notification on the platform and, where possible, notifying affected Players via their registered email address.
Continued use of the phpaldo platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at phpaldo.one/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed in the header of this document confirms the version in force.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from your use of the phpaldo platform, shall in the first instance be submitted to phpaldo's customer support team for informal resolution. phpaldo commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and providing a substantive resolution within 14 business days.
If informal resolution fails, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. Decisions by PAGCOR in its regulatory capacity are final and binding on phpaldo as a registered licensee.
For matters not subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
